Quality Dental Plan (QDP) is our membership program, available to all of our patients without dental insurance coverage. 

With your annual membership, you'll receive discounts on common dental exams and procedures, and your initial exam, cleaning, and x-rays are all included with your enrollment!

Membership Details:

  • Annual membership of $255 for new adult/teen patients
  • Annual membership renewal of $159 for adult/teen patients
  • Annual membership of $159 for new child patients (12 and under)
  • For dental procedures you complete within 12 months of enrollment, you will receive a 20% discount, with no annual limits. This includes 20% savings on your second annual cleaning, fillings, root canals, bridges, dentures, etc.
